To the left you will find our on-line availability and option to make secure bookings via Reconline. These instructions are provided to assist you.Should you have any problems,

1. In Check Availability first you need to enter the Arrival date in the format dd.mm.yyyy or by clicking on the calendar icon next to the date field and selecting your date from the calendar
2. Next enter your Departure date in the same format dd.mm.yyyy or by clicking on the calendar icon next to the date field and selecting your date from the calendar.
3. Click on 'Continue' to display available Suites and/or Cottages - note cottages have a 2 night minimum stay and will not display as available if duration of stay is 1 (one) night.
4. Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more available options.
5. To make a booking click on the 'Book Now' button for the appropriate number of guests.
6. If you already have an account enter the email address and password that you set up when you created your account otherwise fill in the details on the right side of the screen.
Items marked * must be filled in and then click on 'Continue'
7. In Hotels/Rooms (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- Check that you have selected the Suite or Cottage that you wish to book by looking at the sub heading 'Room'.
- Fill in Arrival time (please note for Arrival times prior to 3.00pm (1500) is a request and cannot always be honoured, we suggest that guests plan to arrive after 3.00pm
- Enter any comments you wish to send us.
- PLEASE NOTE: Pets are only permitted in Cottages (please advise breed and number in comments)
8. In Traveller (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- Select appropriate section and complete additional details if required
9. In Confirmation (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- Enter any additional email addresses to which you wish to have your confirmation sent.
10. In General Terms and Conditions (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- For your booking to proceed you must agree to Reconline's terms and Conditions, by doing so you are also agreeing to Moonlight Retreat's Terms and Conditions, you do this by Clicking on the box below the Window showing Reconline's Terms and Conditions
11. In Credit Card Details (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- For your booking to proceed you must supply a valid Credit Card. The following are acceptable American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard and VISA.
- Please NOTE - Moonlight Retreat will process a charge to your credit card of 50% of the value of the booking
12. Click on 'Book Now' once to proceed with the booking - shortly afterwards you will recieve a confirmation email from Reconline.com
