1. In Check Availability first you need to enter your preferred start date in Arrival date in the format dd.mm.yyyy or by clicking on the calendar icon next to the date field and selecting your date from the calendar
2. Next enter 2 in duration and then enter the appropriate Package Code in Company Booking Code

5. To make a booking click on the 'Choose' button .
6. In Traveller's particulars (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- Select appropriate section and complete additional details if required
- In Other requests please advise any Special Dietary Requirements - eg Vegetarian, Gluten Free, No Seafood etc.
9. In Confirmation (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- Enter any additional email addresses to which you wish to have your confirmation sent.
10. In General Terms and Conditions (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- For your booking to proceed you must agree to Reconline's terms and Conditions, by doing so you are also agreeing to Moonlight Retreat's Terms and Conditions, you do this by Clicking on the box below the Window showing Reconline's Terms and Conditions
11. In Credit Card Details (Use the scroll bar in the White Window to display more)
- For your booking to proceed you must supply a valid Credit Card. The following are acceptable American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard and VISA.
- Please NOTE - Moonlight Retreat will process a charge to your credit card of 50% of the value of the booking

once to proceed with the booking - shortly afterwards you will recieve a confirmation email from Reconline.com
